What you can do before we come clean
Although, yes it is our job to clean your windows, there are a few items that you can do to help us do our job in a timely manner. There are also a couple other helpful tips that will help keep your windows clean until their next professional cleaning and other “why didn’t I think of that” ideas for all-around cleaning.

For Exterior Cleaning
• Please move all outdoor furniture, plants, flower boxes, etc. that are on your window sills or close to your windows, so we don’t accidentally damage these items.

• For best results, we recommend to have all of your other services completed first. (Example) Power washing the home as well as getting it sprayed for bugs or getting any painting done.

TIP: If you just can’t wait to wash a window, this is a simple solution that many people swear by. Add a little dish-washing liquid such as Dawn to some warm/hot water. The trick is to not use too much soap. If you find that suds are being left behind, you've added too much.

For Interior Cleaning
• We request to have all items on window or in window sills (such as plants, nick knacks, etc.) so we don’t accidentally damage these items.

TIP: Another little trick is to combine white vinegar with window washing fluid such as Windex. Pour out about ¼ of the Windex from a full bottle and replace with the same amount of white vinegar. Shake it up and use. This is another great way to prevent streaks.
